All homeowners should have received a copy of the bylaws as part of their home purchase. If you do not have a copy, please contact the management company. Please note that our bylaws allow for one pet per unit.
Residents are required to accompany all guests to the pool and clubhouse.
Motorcycles are not allowed in parking spaces and common areas overnight. Commercial vehicles are not allowed overnight on the property unless pre-approved by the management company or Board of Directors. Trailers, boats, RVs are not allowed on the property at anytime. Please notify the management company of automobile and tag details if you will have a guest parked in a parking spot for more than three days. We reserve the right to tow any unauthorized vehicle that is parked in any parking spot.
As a courtesy to all owners, workers are only permitted on property from 8am - 8pm Monday through Saturday. There are to be no deliveries, workers, contractors or noise of any kind after hours, on Sundays, or on major holidays.
Included in our monthly maintenance fees are landscaping and grounds maintenance. Owners who wish to upgrade the exterior areas of their unit are encouraged to do so, with prior approval by the Board of Directors as directed in our bylaws. Please complete and submit an ARB Form, along with a drawing/plan of your proposed changes, to the management company prior to beginning any work. It is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain all city permits, if applicable, for window replacement, hurricane shutters, etc.
**NO WORK IS PERMITTED WITHOUT THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.**
Trash pickup is provided by the City of Deerfield Beach. Per our bylaws and city ordinances, trash and items for bulk pickup may only be put out after 6pm the night before pick up. All trash receptacles must be put away by 6pm on pickup evening. Please keep sidewalks clear of all items.
Pickup schedule is as follows:
Monday - bulk and trash pickup
Thursday - trash pickup only
The only holiday with no trash pickup is Christmas Day.
Please note that this website is for use by our homeowners and local Deer Creek homeowners. If there are any discrepancies between this website and our byaws, the byaws will rule.
